Intelligent houses are the houses that automatically programs itself by observing the inhibitants in search for patterns.After the pattern is found the house would start performing the activities automatically every time the pattern would be noticed again.

    Clear statement, interesting topic. Of course already a lot has been said and done on this topic of home automation, etc. So make sure to clarify 'intelligence' and emphasize the AI and neural networks.
